The Theraplace Website artist is Melinda Myrow, who lives in Boulder, Colorado. Her work has been exhibited at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), and Open Studios, Boulder, Colorado; the Art Institute of Chicago; The Rocky Mountain National Watermedia Exhibition, Golden, Colorado; Colorado Art Open, Foothills Art Center( award); 100 American Craftsmen Show, Kenan Center, Lockport, NY. In 2012, Melinda was commissioned to create an original painting for the Intel SciArt project. In 2016, she was honored to have her work selected for HOVAB (A History of the Visual Arts in Boulder.) Among her kudos are the Art in Public Places Award, from the Colorado Council on the Arts, for "Nestled Betwixt", which is shown on this site's "Professional Training" Page. Melinda's work is in private collections throughout the U.S.A. and Europe.
